About the role
Overseas Distribution Company (ODC) has one ambition: to be the best distributor in Duty Free & Travel Retail. That ambition is delivered operationally — through our SCOM x Customs department, which owns every administrative and ERP-based step in our inbound and outbound logistics flow.
To support the continued growth of our Antwerp operations, we are looking for a Supplier Order Management Representative based in our Dubai office (Jebel Ali Free Zone), 100% dedicated to Antwerp / EU order operations. You will work closely with our Antwerp x Dubai coordination team to keep order flows accurate, on time, and reliable — freeing our coordinators to focus on service quality and proactive key-account support.
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who takes ownership of getting customer orders right, end to end.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end supplier order processing for our EU / Antwerp operations — purchase order entry, tracking, and inbound delivery coordination (A–Z).
Follow up on purchase order entry and monitor inbound order flows daily, including work supported by our order-tracking tooling (e.g. Ordereye).
Maintain accurate, complete records in our ERP system (Microsoft Business Central) for supplier orders and related documentation.
Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, and ODC logistics partners to ensure timely, cost-effective inbound shipments.
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse colleagues to align supplier order fulfilment with supply and demand.
Actively strengthen quality in weaker areas — most notably inbound order entry — by applying consistent checks and safeguards to reduce recurring errors.
Provide reliable back-up coverage for the Antwerp supplier order desk during peak periods and colleague absences.
The profile of our ideal candidate
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
3+ years of experience in supplier order management, order processing, order fulfilment, or a comparable supplier-service / logistics support role.
Exposure to international import/export processes.
GTR (Global Travel Retail) or duty-free experience is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Microsoft Business Central, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with order follow-up / monitoring tools (e.g. Ordereye) is a plus.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a sharp eye for accuracy and detail.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
Comfortable serving European operations from a Dubai base and working cross-functionally across teams and time zones.
Familiarity with working in an EU based company is a plus.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What do we offer?
A full-time position (Monday to Friday)
A workplace at Jafza One Tower B (Office 2410), Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai.
The opportunity to work in a financially stable and global business environment.
Regular interaction with international contacts.
A competitive compensation package
A great team culture within an ambitious, fast-growing company that values talent and excellence.
