As a Digital Solutions Engineer, you’ll take ownership of diverse digital domains while growing your skills in business analysis, data & reporting, system integrations, AI solutions and project coordination.

You’ll work with tools and platforms such as Business Central, WMS, TMS, Slim4, Power BI, data warehouses and AI agents, collaborating daily with Sales, Purchase, Logistics, Finance, HR, COM and SOM teams.

What you’ll do

Business & Functional Analysis

• Capture business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications

• Analyse and optimise processes (Lean mindset, BPMN)

• Align workflows and procedures across departments

Data & Reporting

• Build, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards

• Develop DAX measures, data models and KPI frameworks

• Analyse trends and anomalies and translate them into actionable insights

Data Engineering

• Develop and maintain Python scripts, ETL flows and data pipelines

• Ensure data quality through validation, monitoring and logging

• Collaborate with data engineers on Fabric, DWH and datasets

IT Systems & Development

• Work with Business Central, WMS, TMS, Slim4, integrations and APIs

• Define test scenarios, perform UAT and validate solutions functionally

• Challenge developers from a quality and business perspective

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support

AI & Digital Innovation

• Use AI agents to accelerate documentation, analysis, test cases and scripts

• Contribute to AI‑driven automation and data‑assisted decision‑making

• Build small proof‑of‑concepts using AI tools

Project Support

• Support and coordinate internal IT and digital projects

• Manage planning, priorities, risks and documentation

• Act as a bridge between business users, IT, developers and operations

Who you are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Data, Economics or similar

• First experience in Business Analysis, Data, IT or Engineering

• Strong in Power BI, Excel and basic SQL

• Interest in Python, ETL, AI tools and digital transformation

• Curious, analytical, proactive and solution‑oriented

• Clear communicator who works independently

• Fluency in Dutch and English
