Your Impact in Order Processing and Customer Order Management
- Accurately process incoming customer orders and keep customers informed throughout every step of the order flow.
- Proactively monitor the status of customer orders, address any discrepancies, and provide swift solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Work with digital systems and ERP tools daily to input, update, and track orders and related data.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer inquiries about products, deliveries, and order status.
- Continuously seek improvements in our order management processes by sharing ideas and taking initiative for optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and excellent service.
Key Skills: Order Processing & ERP Competencies
- Solid experience in customer order processing, order administration, or a similar function.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (such as SAP, Navision, BC, or similar) and digital order management platforms.
- Strong affinity with digital tools and the drive to further develop these competencies.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
