I'm Barbara Devuyst, HR Manager based in Antwerp. With over 15 years of experience in HR, I’m passionate about building a workplace where people feel empowered, supported, and inspired to grow.

I hold a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Antwerp and believe that strong relationships and open communication are the foundation of a thriving team culture.

Outside of work, I love sailing with my family — a hobby that teaches me resilience, teamwork, and calm leadership. Whether navigating quiet waters or exploring the Greek coast, sailing always brings fresh perspective to my work.
