Overseas Distribution Company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to oversee our stock operations through online data analysis, ensuring seamless coordination between Dubai and Antwerp. You will play a key role in optimizing inventory performance while also monitoring financial aspects related to stock management.
Your Role:
As Inventory Controller, you'll be responsible for:
Monitor and manage inventory across Dubai and Antwerp, focusing on optimizing Net Stock Days.
Analyze stock performance and trends to maintain healthy inventory levels.
Oversee online inventory tracking and ensure accuracy in stock reporting and financial data.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve inventory turnover.
Manage and report on slow-moving stock, taking proactive actions to reduce financial risk.
Act as a key link between teams in Belgium and Dubai, aligning inventory, supply chain, and financial planning.
Take ownership of inventory performance, ensuring efficient stock control and financial accountability.
Proven experience in a similar Inventory Controller role – this must be part of your current responsibilities.
A solid background in inventory management, supply chain, or related financial oversight.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – with experience using stock KPIs like Net Stock Days and slow-mover analysis.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
A proactive mindset and the ability to coordinate with international teams.
Experience in a logistics, FMCG, or distribution environment is a strong advantage.
A full-time position (Monday to Friday) with a permanent contract from day one.
